Hi! I'm Melissa Shapiro. After 20+ years as an adverising and marketing executive, I fulfilled a dream to own a business by starting this monogramming and personalized product web-store: Monogram Mart!  
It combines many passions. I have always had a strong creative streak - in fact I earned my college degree in fine arts. I love to see our products go out to customers transformed with personalization. I also thrive on the thrill of commerce and marketing - I throughly enjoy the business side of Monogram Mart.
I'm a proud mother of 2 fabulous daughters, ages 26 and 20. I am very fortunate to have their inspiration and opinions while developing this site and selecting products.  
My mother was a proud entrepreneur; and although she passed away before seeing my website, I feel her presence and support every day. "Love you, Mother!!"
I am also a loving wife to Everett Shapiro - I cannot imagine a more supportive partner in business or in life. 

We literally search the world for great products, and the best price - - to make givng a personalized gift affordable. And we offer FREE EMBROIDERY of monogram or name (or short phrase). I made this standard in our shop because I was weary of shopping at monogram boutiques and having to pay extra for the monogram!

Policies
Most items are in stock and will ship out of our workshop in 2-3 days.  
Large quantities may take bit longer - I will let you know via email or phone call if that is the case.
A few items, such as engraved items and stationery, will ship directly from the factory to you.

Returns

Personalized items are not returnable unless there is a defect. Therefore, please take special care when ordering! Make sure the initials are in the correct order, spelling is correct, and capitalization is exactly how you want it.

We want you to be totally satisfied - so please let us know of any defective products - - we will make it right or refund your money.
